The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Built in 1907, "Haus Heising" impresses with its old building charm in the very best island location. In the heart of Friedrichstrasse. Everything that Westerland offers is within walking distance in less than a few ; ) minutes. The cafe (Diavolo) and the bakery are downstairs in the building or right next door. It is only 300 meters to the main beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, newly renovated, furnished and looking forward to the first guests.

Im Herzen von Wenningstedt und vorallem von Sylt habe ich euch eine großzügige, 65qm große, Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und ist somit sehr ruhig. Abends ist lediglich das plätschern des Bachlaufes aus dem Vorgarten zu hören. Die Wohnungsaufteilung macht es möglich, dass auch das bequeme Schlafsofa für weitere Gäste wunderbar genutzt werden kann. Handtücher,Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe sind natürlich inklusive
