THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Sylt Westerland - 2 rooms newly renovated

Quiet and close to the beach ( about 500m to the beach) and good transport connections by bus and city bus. A beautiful garden with beach chairs, barbecue area, pond and seating and breakfast nooks invite you to linger. In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, a grocery store, as well as a bicycle shop. Furthermore, there is a playground in the immediate vicinity, as well as several smaller forests and last but not least a fantastically long sandy beach.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

Im Herzen von Wenningstedt und vorallem von Sylt habe ich euch eine großzügige, 65qm große, Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und ist somit sehr ruhig. Abends ist lediglich das plätschern des Bachlaufes aus dem Vorgarten zu hören. Die Wohnungsaufteilung macht es möglich, dass auch das bequeme Schlafsofa für weitere Gäste wunderbar genutzt werden kann. Handtücher,Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe sind natürlich inklusive
