The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house with wallbox. SONOS, wine fridge, gas fireplace, garden furniture, beach chair and king size box spring beds complete their vacation perfectly.

The beach, city centre and train station can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!
