This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

On a 1000 square meter property you can enjoy nature completely alone. Watch sunrises and sunsets in the pulpit on the jetty. Rowing boats can be rented nearby in season.
