The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so attractions, restaurants and the main train station with adjoining shopping arcade are within walking distance. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Apartment 7 is a cute rooftop studio for 2 persons. Since it is only accessible via a spiral staircase, we only recommend this apartment to young couples. The sloping roofs create the special atmosphere in this studio. This apartment has a living/sleeping room with cooking facilities and separate bathroom. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it from us on site.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available.
