The 'coach house' from 1875 is the most beautiful half-timbered building of the 'Schloss Höllinghofen' estate. The house has just been carefully renovated in accordance with the monument. With a loving eye for detail, Ildikó has turned the "Schreinerwohnung" into a real feel-good place - and that in the middle of the most beautiful nature of the Schlosspark, which also invites you to take a stroll. We offer our guests a 72 sqm apartment with spacious living, dining area, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and large refrigerator, bathroom with shower and bathtub, balcony. Our house is located in a traffic-calmed Stichstraße in the district Warmen between Fröndenberg and Wickede. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house. A bakery with a range of groceries can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. All other shopping facilities can be found within 5 min. driving time.

Cozy, small, self-contained apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house. Quiet location at the spa park, not far from the Lindenplatzklinik and Klinik Wiesengrund. The graduation wall and thermal bath are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Excursions to the rural surroundings are possible on foot or by bike on signposted cycling and hiking trails. The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

The apartment is a separate self-contained apartment in our residential building. This includes the large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious daylight bathroom with floor-level shower. From our point of view, the whole thing is barrier-free (ramp in front of the house / wide doors). Via the terrace you can reach our large garden, which you can use (by appointment). The furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but is always very guest-friendly.
