From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The powerhouse is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. ...... The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse. The farm, which used to be completely closed, was decisively shaped by Gustav Neuhoff, the hostess's grandfather. Hence the name FW Gustav. The nearest shops are in Derenburg, 6 km away. Heudeber is a quiet village, but the nearby A36 offers quick connections to the highlights of the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg and Goslar can be reached in about 25 minutes.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
