My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Our cozy 3* apartment is located in Oy-Mittelberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people, each additional on request. In the living room, there is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2 more people. Baby cot available if needed. A private garden invites you to grill and relax. Nearby is the Rottachsee, Schwarzenbergerweiher and Grüntensee. Hikers and bikers will get their money's worth in summer and in winter there are ski resorts nearby.

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the cellar. A car parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, woollen blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.
