130 years ago our great-grandfather built this farmhouse from natural stones. Today, we welcome you to this special place in a bright, cozy apartment in the attic. The charming mix of old and modern furnishings, the cozy underfloor heating, the sunny balcony and the large orchard invite you to a relaxing break in the countryside. Our house is the ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and excursions through the beautiful landscape between the Main and Tauber rivers.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

LIVE-IN Tiny studio apartment

This tiny studio apartment is located in the Bestenheid district, only about 2 km from the city center and almost at the same height as the old town. (No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main. Panoramic apartment with a view of the fortress

The stylishly furnished apartment is located directly on the Main with a view of the Marienberg Fortress, the Käppele and the Old Main Bridge, in the so-called small Bischofshut, the former right-hand Mainian old town of Würzburg. The town hall and the beginning of the pedestrian zone are about 300 meters away, the Würzburg residence can be reached in 8-10 minutes on foot. A tram stop is just 150 metres away.

Our apartment (100 square meters) with old building charm has been tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail, so that you can immediately feel at home. The apartment is located on the edge of Hardheim on a main road, yet not far from numerous hiking and biking trails. The proximity to nature makes the heart of cyclists, mountain bikers (trails about 1.5 km away) and hikers beat faster.

Müllerbü - Living in the beautiful torrent valley

Living in the picturesque mill valley: This unique accommodation surrounded by forests and meadows is a wonderful place to relax. The rustic, stylish apartment is part of a yard with animals such as dogs, chickens and horses. Next door, the stream splashes through the valley, opposite the sheep graze - a dreamlike piece of nature!

The cottage is located in a little place on the edge of the Spessarts. 3 rooms are available on two floors. The nearest supermarket (with bakery) and pharmacy are about 300 meters (walking) minutes away. There is an outdoor swimming pool or a lake about 1 km away. A large children's playground is 200 meters away.
