It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

This unique place is truly special. In the middle of the idyllic Tauber Valley, our private tiny holiday home stands next to the apartment "RITA". The outdoor areas invite you to relax. The sauna in the garden can be used with additional charge, price on request. Thanks to the pellet stove, it always gets cozy inside, or you can enjoy the sun on the wooden terrace.
