Our beach cottage is located just 30 steps from beach walk over #1 in the gated community of Carillon Beach. Our cozy two story, two bedroom cottage is only steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located on a large lot with lush greens. This cottage features an open living concept, with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk in shower. There is a TV in each bedroom and a walk out balcony off the master. Enjoy the morning light on the gazebo.

From the moment that you arrive at Sunset Palms, to when you tour each room and experience the decorating details, you will know that you are in a special place. We hope that the experience of staying in our vacation rental will mirror the natural and tropical experience of our beautiful beach. Age requirement to rent 22 years old. Seaside Luxury- Sleeps 9 comfortably. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located on the west side of PCB, 3 min drive or a 10 min walk away from the white sand and beautiful emerald water. Small dogs welcomed must be under 40lbs and a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Max of 3 pets per stay. Must have in crate/backyard when not at home. If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee or your stay can be terminated.

Clean renovated cottage sleeps 4, steps away from the beach! We are 4 miles from Rosemary Beach and 6 miles from Pier Park and all that Panama City Beach has to offer. There are no high-rise condos near us, and our beaches are less crowded than those! One street up from the beach, we are a short walk to the beach. You see ocean water when you get close to my house. Everything in this cottage is new and remodeled. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beach access is 84. Perfect location!
