Monthly Rentals in West Chester

Very unique, peaceful and fun place to stay. We had fun looking at the horses and alpacas on the property. Short walks or long hikes are available right on the property. Peter met us in person to make sure we were able to get in and gave us verbal as well as written instructions about the property. I highly recommend.

Wonderful home, perfect for a family. Great location, private parking, very walkable area. Quiet, clean, felt very comfortable and safe. Would definitly stay again.

We loved staying at Lisa’s apartment in West Chester. Right in the heart of the adorable college town, we could walk to restaurants, stores, and ice cream/candy shops. The parking spot is a few walkable blocks away and a great added bonus to the stay. There was plenty of space in the #2 apartment and we had a great time watching the hubbub at the intersection below us from the comfy velvet chairs by the windows. The #2 flat is a walk up some steep stairs so I would note that for anyone with mobility issues. My two adult children had a great time. They shared the second bedroom with the two single beds and loved the large hall bathroom. Coffee K cups were provided - thank you! We would definitely stay again! 5 stars!
