Monthly Rentals in West Coast

We absolutely loved our stay! The views were stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The bath with a sea view and the hot tub were absolute highlights, such a treat. The hosts were great and super responsive. Would 100% recommend!

What a perfect place to stay. The place exceeded expectations and is even better than the photos and descriptions suggests. The fireplace worked flawlessly and was stocked with plenty of firewood and kindling to use. The beds had nice pillows and sheets that were warm and enveloping - and one bed had an electric blanket which was useful on a cold night. The outdoor bathtub was the highlight of the trip - the view of the Milky Way from a hot bath in a secluded area was something special - even saw a couple of shooting stars. The home is a quick 4 minute drive to Franz Josef town if you’re looking for restaurants or the grocery store. Can’t recommend this place more. What a special two nights we had there. I’m convinced that this is the best Airbnb in the Southern Hemisphere. My stay at Woodpecker Bay was only short, but I will most definitely be back. The views are unmatched and Dan is so wonderful and helpful. I’ll be telling everyone to stay here!

This was our best stay so far in New Zealand with my new wife on our honeymoon! It is extremely private, and romantic! The view of the ocean, and the hills from the porch is amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer! Jude was very friendly! She even put together a flower bouquet from the field free of charge, as a surprise for my new wife! She also let us stay an hour after checkout, to enjoy the place!
