This is a darling two bedroom one bath that has been renovated top to bottom. There is one king bed, one queen, and a comfortable sofa pullout. The kitchen is ready for you to enjoy takeout or to prepare your favorite homemade meal. A Keurig coffee machine with several different blends to choose from. There are three TVs and Wi-Fi so you can stream movies or TV. It is centrally located so you can enjoy shopping or the beautiful Utah Mountains.

Our basement apartment has three bedrooms. Newly renovated and spacious. Centrally located, only 20 minutes to downtown SLC or 40 minutes to Provo. Minutes from shopping, dining & parks. Public transit hubs close by and Bangerter Highway right around the corner. Only 3 miles to I-15. We also have high speed internet and cable T.V.. Plenty of room for entertaining.
