It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Come relax in this 1 bedroom villa. Enjoy the mountain views as you swim in the large heated pool or sun bathe/ lounge on the comfy loungers.(pool is open May through September). Close to the slc airport, Mountain America credit union amphitheater (4 miles)and downtown SLC. This place is a very affordable option when coming to Salt Lake City or to ski at the resorts. 20 minutes from the University of Utah and 40 minutes from Brigham Young University. 30 minutes to the lagoon amusement park.

AMAZING GARDEN OASIS. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have off-street parking and your own entrance. You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room.
