Amazing stay. Very spacious and luxurious. They have all of the amenities plus more. Great pool and jacuzzi right in the back yard. Right down the street from Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. Very desirable location. Host Emmet messaged us right away and let us in the place early. He also gave me some great coffee shop recommendations when I asked. Five star stay for sure. May even stay at the same place again in the future.

Nice quiet space. Within a short walk to many restaurants on a well lite sidewalk. The onsite washer and dryer are convenient but pricey at 5.75 per load.

This was my second stay with Kasa at the same property. Different units. They had everything I needed . Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchens , and for me the location was perfect. Anything I had a question on was immediately responded to. Wish I didn’t have to leave.

Khristel's place was an absolute gem and exactly what my family needed for a relaxing and peaceful beach getaway . Just steps away from the beach and all the amenities the hotel has to offer . We rented a car and utilized the valet service which was friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back . Liz was extremely friendly and helpful and made the check in process so simple and offered great suggestions for dinner and activities .

Great host. Very responsive. The place was great. Out the door and right to the beach. About 10 minute walk to restaurants. The view was great, got up every morning to watch the sun rise sitting on the couch. Very comfortable space.

We stayed at a 2/2 apartment and found it very convenient that each room has it's own bathroom. Loved being able to walk to a lot of places including the beach, restaurants, bars, a brewery, Walgreens and souvenir stores. I reached out to Jeanette once and she was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Michael is an excellent host!!! His property is beautiful and you can tell there is alot of love and care put into the property. We came to scuba dive all week and his place fit us and our gear with no issues. Easy and clear check in and out instructions. You can walk to the grocery store if you want. Easy- less than 1-3 miles to many restaurants. (Thank you Michael for the recommendations) The place was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us. We could have easily had 4 comfortabley in the unit. I have nothing but great things to say about the place and Michael as a host. We will for sure book again next time we are in West Palm Beach!!!

Just a very smooth process and easy check in and check out. The home is lovely and comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable for my 12 year old son and pretty grounds. The area has close supermarket to shop and accessible to 95. Neighborhood was quiet and offered privacy . Great home for family or couples . Not critical but I own a business and love feedback on maybe some improvements . I would add some nice pool floats for kids and maybe replace some outdoor seating. But again not being critical just offering a tip . Overall , my family loved it and felt at home !!

Simply AMAZING. 2 years in a row renting Papa Steve's. Papa Steve's is a home away from home. Beautifully decorated, beds are super comfy and location is perfect. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. And the host Chelsea is incredibly responsive. Wonderful host.

Loved our time at this bright spotless spacious house w a view on the serene canal. Thoughtful touches like beach chairs and bikes made the stay effortless. Mostly, host was lovely. Communicative. Readily available and great restaurant recos. Highly recommend *****

The house was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It was clean and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Lauderdale.

From the moment we entered the property we were thrilled! The photos on the listing site perfectly matched the reality and the patio/pool space was like being at a resort, but without other people. The home and property are just cozy and beautiful and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach (which about 1 mile away). Ben couldn't have been more responsive when we had a question, including ordering a new spa heater installed within a few days when we let him know that we were unable to get the existing one going. We had a wonderful vacation with our family! Our teenage and adult children enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole and being able to hook up their Wii to the big tv in the family room. Stefan and Jane were so responsive and all instructions were clear and helpful. What stood out most (besides amazing communication prior and during our stay) was the cleanliness of the property! I am very particular when it comes to how clean a rental property/hotel etc. is upon arrival. Stefan and Jane hit it on the mark!! Inside and outside - the backyard was beautifully maintained, quiet and perfect amounts of sun and shade. Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely book again in the future. Great place to stay!!!!

Every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide a rejuvenating experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Whether it was at the front desk, the poolside attendants, or the restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely kind and attentive.

Condo is fantastic....Incredible views at sunrise and sunset...very comfortable furniture and beds....was tough leaving after almost 2 weeks. Thanks for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The building was quiet, nestled at the entrance of a very nice neighborhood. The shared pool while not too big, not too small was lovely and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Parking at the low rise complex was super convenient and the walk across the street to the gorgeous beach was quick and easy. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated! Although our stay was a quick one, we immediately felt right at home and were able to see and do so much in an easy, relaxed manner. We can't wait to come back. Excellent hospitality and a real gem of a location. Book with confidence and enjoy all Boca has to offer. Highly recommend the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center right down the street if you are traveling with children. We all loved the sea turtles! From booking (last minute) to checkout, Aureum Stay's communication and hospitality was top notch.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott vacation club villa. Wow was it great, beautiful facilities. Great service. Robert was easy to communicate with, easy instructions.
