A 5/6 bedroom family friendly house in the heart of the picture postcard Essex village of Finchingfield with a year round hot tub, a garden with a heated swimming pool (from the third Fri in Apr until first Sun in Sep) and a trampoline. You will find a welcoming family home that we hope you enjoy as much as we do. Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen with a separate utility room, a sitting room with a log burning stove and a grand and upright piano and a playroom/bedroom.

Located on a hilltop near the beautiful medieval village of Lavenham, The Cottage is a delightful brick and flint building, within the grounds of Apple Mount Retreat, a peaceful adults-only site. Surrounded by countryside, with far-reaching views and spectacular sunsets, adult guests get complimentary access to the heated pool (May - Sept), tennis court and gardens of Apple Mount Retreat. A range of holistic massage therapies is also available, bookable in advance and subject to availability.

The caravan is spacious and modern with a large living room to accommodate the entire family during game nights. Ofcourse, an open plan kitchen connects to the living room, so that you can easily get up and grab a cold one without missing a single moment of the X-factor! The bedrooms are also a couple of steps away, with the master bedroom located between the two twin single rooms. Access to all the amenities on site does require a day pass to be purchased upon arrival from the reception.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Beautiful, tranquil parkland setting, originally designed by Sir Humphrey Repton, with ongoing improvements. The Outdoor Heated Pool (April- October inclusive) and Hot Tub (all year) are situated in a sheltered tropical garden, with a Pool House. There is an outdoor hard tennis court. Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.
