Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

If I could give Emmanuel six stars, I would! I am so thankful he accepted my last minute booking. He is an outstanding host - his communication is flawless and he is friendly, generous, flexible and respectful. The loft itself is truly luxurious - beautifully designed and furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. I felt like a princess in a tower! I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Emmanuel!!

Enjoyed my stay with Alex very much. He and his partner were kind, helpful and generous and it was a pleasure to get to know them. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were healthy, tasty and filling. It would be particularly suited to vegans or anyone with an interest in raw food but also good for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colchester.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Bedrooms are of a generous size. House was clean on arrival. Check in was quick and easy, clear instructions were sent on the day. The high street is a couple mins walk, where there is plenty of shops bars & restaurants. My only issue with the property is that it sleeps 11 people but doesn’t have a living area to all sit together. It has a small dining room with a table to seat 6 - so in reality 11 people wouldn’t be able to sit and gather comfortably for dinner or drinks etc. This didn’t affect us so much as we had an event to attend and purely used accommodation for sleeping. I would suggest changing downstairs bedroom into a living/seating area. A great host and made our stay a pleasant one.

We had a really good time here and enjoyed the house as a place to be. The house is a renovated three-bedroom Victorian terrace, with a kitchen and bathroom at the back of the ground floor and a steep set of stairs between the lounge and dining room. The third bedroom is accessible through the second bedroom. It is convenient for getting into the centre of town. It is suitable for children, though with two toddlers we brought a portable stairgate with us.

Lovely, historic house within walking distance of the city centre. Some nice architectural features on show with lots of rooms beyond the three good-sized bedrooms - plenty of space to relax in. Lovely pool, kitchen and dining area and more garden around the side of the property which you might otherwise overlook. A quiet, residential location yet it’s only a short walk to the local shops and barely a mile to the city centre. Jane was awfully responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend should you want a nice place in Norwich (and did we mention the pool?!)

Place was clean and neat. AC wasn’t functioning as intended on 2nd and 3rd floor

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

Great house, very clean. hotel standard linnen and towels. basic essentials supplied like shampoo, bin liners ect. great location. nice house. good fast communication with owners fantastic. would use again. definitely recommend.

We totally loved Tess's cottage and the location was perfect. The house has been lovingly furnished and Tess's beautiful and serene artworks adorn the walls. The kitchen has everything you need if you're cooking for yourself. It feels really comfortable and like a home, not a holiday let. We especially enjoyed the collection of art books! It's a peaceful countryside location but easy to get into Cambridge - we walked in across Grantchester meadows most days. We came without a car so took a cab from the station with our suitcases - quick and straightforward and only around £10. Tess is a great host, she allowed us to check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was really helpful. She communicated really well before and during our stay but wasn't intrusive in any way. Can't recommend enough!

Andrew was very helpful in allowing us to check in early so we did not have to carry our bags around for the day. I used to live in Cambridge, so I knew the area pretty well, and this was a great location—easy to walk into town. The house was as described without any issues. I loved the garden, and we also had some lovely weather. There were no issues while we stayed there. I would book again if solo traveling or with a mate again. Thank you, Chris

A super apartment in a great location. Within 5mins walk of the town but in a quieter area with a supermarket, deli, pubs & restaurants, etc. Char had gone sbove and beyond to make sure the stay was pleasant. Thank you

Had a very comfortable and lovely stay in this beautiful house! It was perfect for the longer stay I needed, with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of linens as well as the washer and dryer. The host and co host were both extremely helpful and friendly too!

My second stay at Samantha's and Leanne was just as wonderful as the first one. Great and cozy apartment and very tidy. I'm very glad I was staying here.

very clean, tidy, quiet, could do with a chopping board and perhaps a microwave. overall good experience. certainly nothing at all to put anyone off staying there

Christina’s place was clean, comfortable and well provided. It was quiet and private. There’s a park and playground nearby, and the centre of town is a five minute drive or 20 minute walk.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights at Easter so we could visit family and friends in Cambridge. The house is nicely furnished and decorated throughout and the bed was so comfy. The enclosed garden was perfect for our Labrador and David was friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, close to the motorway and to get in to central Cambridge. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here with the kids and they loved it too, was very well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay, was clean and well set out and I’d definitely think about staying there again :)

This our second visit, and we will be returning next year! It is a beautiful house, it has every amenity but it also feels like home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, near all the shops and restaurants but tucked away in a cul de sac so very quiet at night. I’d highly recommend this to anyone thinking of a stay in Norwich, it’s perfect
