It features a large, historic 1860s hand-hewn log home on 400-acres, adjoining 10,000 acres of undeveloped corporate property. This is a nice place to get away for a while, or host a small retreat. The nearest commercial building is six miles away. :-) UPDATE August 2022: New cell phone booster system installed! It provides good, usable service for AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile Users.

It has recently been renovated into a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom rental. The kitchen is well equipped, new appliances, and granite countertops. The patio is 14x45, screened-in, ceiling fans, and TV.
