The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The property is located in the center of the market town of Hopfgarten. The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift station are also very close. Around the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. The apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, from skiing to tobogganing, hiking, swimming or simply relaxing in our wonderful mountain world.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

"Das Berg 1982" apartment - which was newly built in fall 2021 within an existing building - is located in Westendorf at mid-height of the "Salvenberg". The 80sqm apartment for up to max. 5 people impresses with a unique view of the famous ski mountain "Nachtsöllberg", which is located in the middle of the ski area "Wilder Kaiser Brixental". The highlight of the apartment is the free "spa area" with hot-pot and sauna for private use.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Our newly renovated apartment Hohe Salve with about 60 m² on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 6 people. All apartments have seating in the garden and are decorated in a modern/rural style!
