Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Westerland

We stayed with four adults and one child over the Easter days for a week. The place is great and exactly as shown in the pictures. There is nothing missing and you immediately feel comfortable. The location is perfect to reach all kinds of excursions quickly. We thank Alexandra for the always quick, helpful and always friendly support. So a great recommendation from our end.

Jens is very nice and friendly and easily accessible. The house is super nice! 😍 We used the hot tub regularly as well as the pool table. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and also the fridge and icebox are big enough (there were 4 of us). The bedrooms are a little small but still perfectly sufficient. The beds are very comfortable too! 👍🏻 I'm sure we'll be back! 😊

An absolute dream at Lake Ruttebüller! We had an unforgettable time in this beautifully modernized Friesenhaus! The location directly on the lake is simply unique – with fantastic views and complete tranquility in the middle of North Frisian nature. The house itself is perfectly equipped and really leaves nothing to be desired. Whether sauna, fireplace, billiards or the fantastic Sonos and Sky entertainment system – everything has been thought of here! We were particularly impressed by the stylish furnishings with a lot of love for detail. The bedrooms are cozy, the living room invites you to relax, and the open kitchen with induction stove and Nespresso machine is a real highlight. The large dining table and cozy sitting area have also provided many nice hours together. Overall a 10/10 – we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special break!

We had a lovely stay at Throsten and Magrid's cottage. The cottage is very neat, the garden beautiful. There were also (outdoor)toys available for our little one and even 2 slides. Furthermore, a very good location to discover Denmark as well. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful and clean cottage.

We had a wonderful week at Eva's place. The house is very quiet. With a bit of luck you can watch deer at breakfast through the window. The sauna is also great, but you should preheat it for at least half an hour so that it is really warm. After a long day of hiking, however, the perfect opportunity to relax. I had a very nice time in January at the apartment. The apartment offers everything you need and is very quiet. I have moved around the island by bus and the apartment is perfectly located between the ZOB and another stop for the buses heading north of the island. The apartment is right on the edge of the pedestrian zone, so you can buy rolls quickly in the morning. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the friendly communication and this beautiful place.

We had very nice days in the apartment! And would come back any time. The location is perfect for trips to Denmark, Sylt, Föhr…. All shops are available and also two bakeries.

A very comfortable place to spend some relaxing time. The place is just as described. Our pet spent a few days very relaxed and enjoying the apartment and the beach. You can literally walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are markets and restaurants very close by. It is 13 minutes from the central train station. The hosts are always very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended 5 Stars

I was on Föhr for the first time and immediately felt welcome and comfortable in the pretty and cozy furnished apartment. Sigrun is a friendly and open landlady who was always available to me. She gave me a lot of helpful and worthwhile tips on where I can eat, see something or do something. I'll be very happy to come back!

Cozy, clean apartment in a good location, perfect for exploring Föhr by bike for a few days. The communication with Astrid was very easy and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back :)

It all worked out perfectly . I will gladly come back. Tip: For Sylt travelers who like us arrive on Sunday and still want to shop for meals at the market, it has to be said that is now closed at 5 pm. This applies to all shopping markets.

Simply a great neighborhood near the beach. We took great excursions with the bikes to the various beaches and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, the balcony to the west with afternoon and evening sun wonderful to eat outside or end the day. The parking is protected in the courtyard, this is also very pleasant in this central location. We can only recommend this apartment at this price.

Staying at Maike's AirBnB was wonderful from start to finish! Questions/comments were answered immediately, the apartment was beautiful and very clean and we felt really comfortable. I'd love to come back :)

Vivien's apartment is bright and very friendly-cozily furnished. Totally suitable for us with a big child. Kitchenette small but nice and superbly equipped, the bathroom spacious. Supermarket, bakery, cinema and of course beach, dunes and sea "around the corner".

Very friendly contact, very nice centrally located apartment, everything is within walking distance, you don't need a car. Swimming pool and sauna fans only have to walk across the street, the beach is right nearby, nice restaurants as well as the pedestrian zone directly accessible

For me, accommodation is an important part of my trip. And I am very glad that I chose the option suggested by Susanne. I was very glad to meet her. The accommodation is perfect. Everything was very clean, well-kept, tidy. The interior design is amazing, it's like a time machine to the 70s. The apartment was located in a convenient area, you can get to the city center and the central station very quickly. It takes about 10 minutes by walk. The owner of the apartment Susanne is a wonderful, kind and responsive person. I recommend this accommodation option to travelers. Enjoy your trip on Sylt!

We had a lovely stay in a central location. The apartment is very well maintained and charming due to the lovingly preserved '60s charm, complemented by tastefully used colors and the new bathroom. The equipment is functional, without unnecessary frills, the beds very good. Marion is a very likeable landlady who responded immediately to questions. Thank you!

We loved the apartment (a bit outdated ). Central location. 2 min to the beach directly in the pedestrian zone 10 min to the train station. Negative that the internet often didn't work. And many construction sites around the house and in the house ( probably due to the season.
