Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! The apartment is on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow).
