Completed in November 2016, Seabreeze is a 3 bedroom semi detached house. Everything inside from carpets to cutlery was brand new and has been kept at a high standard since. Westward Ho! has many family friendly amenities, stunning beach and is ideally located to explore the wonders of North Devon. For families there is a wealth of local attractions to keep everyone happy or if you're escaping from hustle and bustle there are beautiful beaches, coves, coastal walks or our delightful moors.

Badgers’ Holt is a spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable family home with secure garden, offering outstanding views of the estuary and beyond. The property boasts its own dedicated parking space, a shared, second parking space and ample on-street parking. Fully equipped home including dishwasher and washer-dryer. Only a five minute walk into Appledore village with its wonderful cafes, boutique shops and restaurants. Up to 3 (well behaved!) dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

Step out the front door onto the South West Coastal Path and discover spectacular cliffs, beautiful beaches and woodland walks. 5 min walk to the historic Hartland Quay (and Wrecker's Retreat pub!). 20 min drive to Clovelly. 30 min drive to Bude in Cornwall. A detached home in the heart of Braunton village, quiet but very central with a wide range of local shops, restaurants and pubs within 5 mins walk. The large garden is surrounded by high walls, making it private and safe for children. Large trampoline, BBQ and large outside dining area. Fantastic fully equipped kitchen and lots of indoor entertainment including projector with 72" screen.
