It is a detached stone cottage that sits on a wonderful small resort within a glorious extensive estate and with access to brilliant communal facilities and activities. Holdstone Cottage faces a triangular courtyard with two of the other resort cottages close to the swimming pool building. It comes with a small private garden perfect for alfresco dining and star gazing.

Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. There are two cosy reception rooms to sit back and enjoy Sky TV. There is a beautiful kitchen with panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy a drink or two at the dedicated bar area. The elevated house overlooking Ilfracombe comes with 6 large bedrooms.
