The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 room with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In winter, there is the possibility to use the white trail right next to the house, the Sachova studánka ski area is about 5 minutes' walk. In the summer season, the possibility of swimming in the dam about 15 minutes' walk, bike trails, mushrooms.

Tajný pod lípou je tinyhouse, který jsme postavili celý vlastníma rukama, nejdřív pro sebe a kamarády, a teď ho otevíráme i pro ostatní, aby mu nebylo smutno, když za ním tak často nemůžeme. Je to místo, kde zpomalíš a nadechneš se čerstvého vzduchu.
