You can relax in a modern bathtub right in your bedroom. In the living room, we have an electric fireplace for a 'cosy' atmosphere. Nearby, there is the 'Hodolanská' tram stop, as well as the train and bus stations. A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed.
