Von allen hat man einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 33 m² und 42 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

This large, renovated and very centrally located apartment is fully equipped and offers maximum comfort. It has a big living room with pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet. Free WiFi is also available. The Vienna Prater, St. Stephen's Cathedral, shopping facilities (e.g. BILLA) and several public transportation options are within walking distance. The opera, museums and Schönbrunn are also within easy reach.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
