Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

The bright, spacious apartment on the 7th floor can accommodate up to 5 guests. The entire apartment. At check-in, I am happy to give tips for a successful stay in Vienna. I am always available during your stay. Welcome to the historic core of Vienna! Stephansdom and Staatsoper are a few minutes' walk away. Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

My perfectly located (just 10 min. walking distance to the 1st district) 72 m2 (= 720 sq ft) modern apartment is very sunny with huge terrace doors and beautifully furnished. Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. On request we are happy to serve you a typical Viennese breakfast (10 EUR/Person/day). The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
