Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

This 28 m² large, bright apartment is fully equipped and super cozy. The pull-out sofa bed also makes it suitable for families with children. The Zähringer city of Weilheim, at the foot of the Limburg as well as the surrounding area have a lot to offer. So you can actively organize your stay with hiking or adventurous climbing in the forest or simply relax in the thermal baths or in the sauna area "Schwabenquellen." After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Granny apartment in Unterlenningen. From Unterlenningen you can quickly reach the Stuttgart Exhibition Center due to the proximity to the highway. You can also quickly reach Kirchheim, Esslingen via public transport. The train station is within walking distance. For hikers, winter sports enthusiasts, cyclists and motorcyclists there is a lot nearby (popular destinations: Burg Teck, Sulzburg Castle Ruins, Lautertal, Blautopf...). Here you are surrounded by nature.

Welcome to the foot of the Swabian Alb. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished in a bright modern style. It is a large room with a new kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a modern bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine in a small intermediate space. A dryer can be used if needed. In the kitchen, there is a coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
