The apartment is non smoking only, but has a peaceful inner courtyard for sitting (and smoking) outside. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 13€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 2,90€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Die Wohnung "Max" hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikro/Grill, Geschirrspüler und Frühstückstisch, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch und eine eigene Terrasse. Genieße Whirlpool und Sauna mit Blick auf unsere Waldschafe oder verwöhne dich am Grill in der Outdoorküche!

Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.
