It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Make yourselves at home!

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The purple guest house stands in a spacious garden with old trees, close to the farm, and offers space for couples, as well as for four adults or a family. Throughout the garden and in the courtyard, there are shady spots for adults to relax, as well as overgrown secret corners and play areas for children. A swivel barbecue with a fire bowl invites you to enjoy evening bonfires on the communal barbecue terrace.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
