Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. The idyllic forest bath is 10 minutes away. Ideal for groups of girls: "Bake macarons with me" 6 participants, 4 hours, €60 each.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The village center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30m2) with private entrance, double bed (1.40m), single bed (0.90m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am - 4:30 pm. One dog costs five euros cleaning fee. There is no smoking inside

The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.
