Waan je in exotische sferen in Haven Lake Villa Bird. De Villa is geïnspireerd door de IJsvogel, die je langs de oever, overhet water ziet vliegen. Het blauw van de rug en oranje van de borst van de vogel zien we terug in het interieur. Dankzij de basis van aardtinten gepaard met rijke stoffen heeft Villa Bird een zeer warme ambiance. In deluxueuze woonkamer komen klassiek en modern overigens zonder enkele moeite samen. LIVING De woonkamer is aan alle kanten voorzien van grote glazen schuifdeuren, waardoor u een spectaculair uitzicht heeft op één van de mooiste wateren en natuurgebieden van Nederland. De villa wordt omringd door een hardhouten terras van 80 m2, waar u zo van af springt om een duik in het water te nemen. Het terras beschikt over comfortabele loungestoelen om te zonnebaden en een grote eettafel om met het hele gezin aan het water te dineren. Daarnaast kunt u in het design buitenbad heerlijk ontspannen terwijl u de zon langzaam in het water ziet zakken. Na een dag in de buitenlucht kunt u heerlijk binnen relaxen in de villa, die uitgerust is met een ultra moderne keuken, kookeiland en luxe zithoek geheel ontworpen door Loggere Wilpower. In de villa hangt een prettige natuurlijke geur door de huisparfum van Marie-Stella Maris. BEDROOM Ervaar gemak en comfort in de twee ruime slaapkamers. De masterbedroom beschikt over een groot kingsize bed met duurzaam linnengoed dat zowel bijdraagt aan uw nachtrust als een schoner milieu. In de andere slaapkamer staat tevens een groot kingsize bed. Tevens is het mogelijk om een kinderbedje in de woning neer te zetten; geschikt voor babies/peuters. Net zoals de woonkamer en de keuken, heeft u ook vanuit de slaapkamers uitzicht over het water en direct toegang tot het buitenterras. BATHROOM De masterbedroom beschikt over een prachtige ensuite badkamer, met een dubbele wastafel en een spectaculaire dubbele regendouche inclusief glazen plafond. Zo blijft u ook als u binnen bent, verbonden met buiten. Voor de shampoo, conditioner en body&handwash wordt gebruik gemaakt van de natuurlijke producten van het merk Marie-Stella Maris. SERVICE Het service niveau bij Haven Lake VIllage is hoog. U boekt een villa waarbij extra aandacht is om het verblijf zo prettige mogelijk te maken. Zo wordt de villa twee keer per week schoongemaakt en wordt uw beddengoed gewassen. In de villa is er per persoon een handoekenpakket aanwezig met twee grote en een middelgrote handoek(en). Ook deze handoeken worden twee keer per week verwisseld. Indien u meer handoeken wenst te gebruiken kunt u dit bij ons aangeven.

A short distance away are the beautiful forests and estates ('s-Graveland), the heathland and the water (including Loosdrechtse Plassen) where you can enjoy Corona-proof. Amsterdam is 30 km and Utrecht 25 km. Bus stop in front of the door. The bedroom has a Boxspring bed (Swiss Sense, 160x200), separate kitchen/living room, and bathroom. Special is the wall drawing with some highlights of the area. - No pets - No breakfast

Group location 7-16 pers, 7 persons is minimum to stay. You pay per person. Renovated authentic large country house 1907 in Amsterdam Lake district, Loosdrecht. Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Cozy family house with spacious garden

Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Unique place with a view over the Vecht.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, the uniquely located holiday home is located on the wide river/ lake de Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with an unobstructed view of the lands. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to enjoy entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A porch is built on the chalet.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Unique spacious and quiet guesthouse overlooking the beautiful nature of Kortenhoef. This beautiful village is located in the Gooi and Vechtstreek with various hiking and biking routes. It is centrally located, half an hour from Amsterdam and Utrecht. The guesthouse has a nice stylish bedroom, neat bathroom and an extra toilet in the hallway. As you can see in photos, this guesthouse has a spacious open kitchen and living room. You have a private terrace with a great view.

Tienhoven is a lovely quiet village in nature

The Polderschuur is an independent house for up to 2 people, with all amenities you could wish for. On the ground floor you enter the cozy living room with kitchen. The bright, stylishly furnished living room is a wonderful place to spend time. Relax on the big couch with a good book or watch a movie or your favorite program on the TV with excellent sound system and radio. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, pressure cooker and Nespresso machine.

Spacious and quiet apartment centrally located in NL

Unique apartment near Amsterdam and Utrecht which is part of a large farm where we live on the upper floor. The apartment has its own entrance, spacious living room with separate sofa bed , see photos, bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower, toilet and bath). Outside is a spacious outdoor area where it is wonderful to stay in the sun or shade. Loosdrecht is a nice centrally located base from which to explore the Netherlands. Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached easily.

Romantic house on the water near Amsterdam

A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.
