Amazing Family Lake House

Our amazing Dutch lake house in a quiet village 15 km from Amsterdam is perfectly placed for a city meets nature stay, with a great garden overlooking the water and plenty to appeal to traveling families. It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Unique 35 m² forest cabin surrounded by nature. A cozy detached home among the trees, directly on walking and cycling routes. Features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchenette (fridge, microwave), box-spring bed and sofa bed (max. 4 guests). Optional wood-fired hot tub available at extra cost. Located near a main access road with fast connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht (15–30 min). Train station is 5 minutes away. Perfect for nature stays with easy access to the city.

“OFFECHT” energy neutral alternative

The guesthouse with large garden is located on the river Vecht. It is a detached house with a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and on the first floor a large loft with beds for a total of 2 adults and 2 children. There is a pellet stove for cozy warmth and a terrace right on the guesthouse. There is also a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen on the river where it is nice to sit. Even on cold days through the glass sliding doors.

Cozy 6-person vacation home on the river Vecht

Beautiful 6-person home. Fully equipped with rain shower, oven, dishwasher, etc. Outside the door is the beautiful river Vecht where you can swim. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive away. The house is at the front of a vacation park where the facilities can be used such as tennis court, children's pool and a delicious pizzeria. Please note: The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep. Less suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Are you looking for peace and relaxation? Come and enjoy our vacation home on the water. Our vacation home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The stylishly furnished vacation home is a nice place to stay. The spacious jetty with canopy is a wonderful place to enjoy the view over the water. There is also plenty to do in the center of Breukelen, such as various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Fantastic houseboat on the Loosdrechtse Plassen

This lovely houseboat has all the comforts: kitchen, 4 beds, bathroom, wood stove, covered terrace, large roof terrace and swimming stairs. The boat is located in a harbor Breukelen (Scheendijk) on the Loosdrechtse Plassen. Here you can enjoy swimming and taking a sloop on the lakes (for rent in the harbor). Bed and bath linen, coffee machine (cups) and kettle are provided.
