Monthly Rentals in Wilber Lake

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

We had a great stay, secluded with hundreds of acres of land to explore 20 mins to Cooperstown and oneota warm welcoming home has very beautiful energy

Thank you Russell! We had a great stay! We appreciate that the home was easy to find as we arrived after dark. Check in was a breeze and parking was right in front, steps from the front door. The space was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This was super convenient to the Oneonta campus. We appreciated the coffee machine as we had to hit the road early that morning. We enjoyed a long family holiday weekend here. Lots of cozy space to relax, a great kitchen and large dining room table to enjoy food and snacks, a beautiful view. Will strongly consider coming back, especially in the warmer months when we might be able to do more down by the water!
