Zusätzlich lässt sich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Knopfdruck in eine bequeme Schlafcouch verwandeln – ideal für weitere Gäste oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend.

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

The apartment is on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, families.

You will stay in a nice old town house in the middle of the historic city center of Oettingen. All restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance, and parking is also nearby. The apartment is on the first floor. It has a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. From the roof terrace you have great views over the city.

The central location is absolutely perfect to explore the city and to be enchanted by the many beautiful places of interests of Nördlingens historic center. The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
