Kingdom’s place was amazing, spacious and comfortable. My family and I went down to visit our son in Petersburg and the house was in a nice location - very peaceful with huge backyard. There was plenty of space to lounge and the game room was a big hit! The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated. Kingdom was so gracious and included so many thoughtful small touches to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay at Kingdom’s place again!

The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy stay. Calandra’s home was just as described, very clean, and smelled amazing. We had no issues with checking in and appreciated the available linens and kitchenware. We loved waking up seeing the sunrise against the water right behind the house. If there’s one thing I would recommend, it would be a bathroom fixture upgrade. Otherwise, the home is absolutely amazing and we would definitely stay again!

We planned a trip to Petersburg, VA from New Jersey to visit with relatives. We found The Cozy Rancher and booked it after looking at it along with several other options. I kept going back to this one and felt it would be a good fit for our group. The place was great, and felt like a home away from home! It was comfortable and clean, and in a central location to the places we were visiting. It helped that we had beautiful weather and could use the outdoor seating. We had a wonderful time visiting our family and staying at this home added a lot of value to our trip. We would highly recommend staying if you're in the area. Thank you!
