Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

We have newly renovated a small but fine apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and have furnished it pretty and practical for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The 60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities is very centrally located and is at ground level with private access. The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
