Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Our home is less than 10 minutes from Ohio University. The log sided cabin sits at the front of our 105 acre property and overlooks a wonderful 16 acre private water ski lake. The cabin has ample private parking and its own 1/2 acre pond located off the front door. This house was our home for 10 years and is setup for family usage. In spring and summer swim and play at the lake. For fall and winter seasons this cabin makes a perfect hunting lodge being close to tons of public hunting land.
