Susan was great to work with and this property was one of the best we've stayed in. I have very high standards for cleanliness, and this home was truly spotless. Everything was exactly as described and the property is spacious and beautiful. Great back yard and deck, comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed and living area is open and spacious for a family. I highly recommend this property!

Cute home, looked exactly like their post. Peaceful neighborhood , very clean and easy to find. Perfect place to stay. A awesome coffee shop in walking distance. Close to downtown where there is cute shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice and communicated quickly with me. Highly recommend people to stay there.

We had a great stay in a great location. The guest house had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Spacious house worked well for our family of 7. Fenced back yard was perfect for kids and dog. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

The home is very comfortable and worked well for 2 couples and 3 children. The decor is lovely and outside grounds beautiful. The neighborhood is very quaint, quiet and walk-able. We happened to meet one of the neighbors who was very delightful (even brought us muffins!)

We loved our stay at Angel's Song and Franklin, TN! Angel's Song met all our expectations. The house is beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. There was no adjustment period needed! The nearby shopping area, Berry's Farm, had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. The location was great with just a short drive to all the tourist activities we wanted to take in. We highly recommend Angel's Song Airbnb. We would stay here again the next time we are in TN.

What an amazing stay !!! The property itself was impeccably clean ! The surrounding landscaping and trees are absolutely stunning and beautiful to look at ! Matt and Steph were just amazing hosts !! They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time at their property . We were extremely blessed to have stayed there and I absolutely highly recommend anyone to book this stay ! This cozy loft was amazing to stay in, and we felt right at home. The location couldn't have been better, only a few minutes walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We got into town earlier than check in time and since they had the space ready, they allowed us to check in sooner. The space was very homey and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was great for visiting downtown Franklin and also easy access to Nashville. Highly recommended this place and host!

Edy and her husband were wonderful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our long weekend get-a-way. Close to restaurants, hiking, parks and distilleries. We especially enjoyed sitting on their beautiful back patio with a glass of wine and a book. Edy and her husband are one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Nice place to stay, enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, we had a severe storm/tornado warning on our last night. Judy kept us informed and it was a very safe space to stay with no worries, except for hearing the sirens warning system going off! Thanks again for a great stay. Gary and Janice

Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to stay in a hotel, but couldn't find anything affordable the area without having to stay in Nashville. The condo was close to the church we wanted to attend on Easter and also to Nashville for sightseeing. Check-in and out was very easy and there were great instructions for tv use. The fixtures in the bathroom was and appliances in the kitchen appear recently installed, even if the complex itself is slightly dated. Definitely a great place to stay if you are have a smaller family like ours (3 of us) and are looking for a nice place to stay in the Franklin area without breaking the bank.

The easiest 5-star review I could give! I had a 3-month internship in Nashville, so I needed a short-term stay for myself and two roommates for the duration of my internship...and this couldn't have been more perfect for us. From the start, our host, Janet was incredibly warm and helpful, answering any questions we had about our lease (and giving wonderful recommendations). Check-in was super simple, and this condo felt like home immediately. It was spacious but still cozy, and had everything we could imagine needing. Over the entire stay, Janet was always very easy to reach and, as always, super helpful and gracious with anything that came up. I couldn't recommend this stay - or Janet, as a host - more!
