Wonderful place to stay, the room was spotless and well appointed, exactly as pictured. We came to the area to ride the outlaw trails and check out Dingess tunnel, the location was perfect for both. Our hostess was responsive and extremely helpful!

Great location, you can see the main road between Pikeville and Prestonsburg. Everything was as it was described, it was very clean and cozy. Prefect for two people. The host was nothing more than great and communicated great. If you’re in this area it’s well worth the price the host is asking. I travel a lot with my job and it was awesome to come to a place that felt cozy like coming home after work. Awesome place give it a try if you’re in the area.

Rachels place was amazing, not one thing to compalin about! She is so sweet and kind and even suprised us with a brand new outdoor seating area, with table and grill, all new! Awesome place to stay if you’re going trail riding. Really close to the main town but far enough away you have some privacy. Would absolutely come back and stay!

The house was spotless and well within distance to Hatfield McCoy Trails. Host was very responsive. Parking was a bit tight to get backed into driveway with 20' trailer but relatively easy with someone to help guide me in. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

I have stayed in a ton of airbnbs however none was ever as clean as this home. It was so quaint and peaceful, the perfect amount of space for our family. It was like walking into a grandma’s well taken care of home. I don’t know how else to explain the feeling of peace when I stayed here. I highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!!!
