Quiet and clean.

The minute I walked in the door, I said, "Wow!" Just a lovely place with hardwood floors and a peaceful view. Everything there you could want. My host thought of everything. Great location as it is near everything in the City of Decatur. I really enjoyed my stay.

Where do I even begin? I’m a super picky person and due to that I don’t do Airbnb unless it’s absolutely necessary, but you see Shawn’s place? Amazing Amazing Amazing! Squeaky clean, i immediately felt like home! I literally hugged her when i stepped into the unit. Shawn is so thoughtful, this airbnb has more than you’ll even need. She’s also super helpful and responsive and would always check in to see if you’re okay. The location is awesome right on Roswell road with lots of things to do nearby. I remember Shawn saying to me, “I’ll only rent out a place I can personally live in” and that’s exactly what she did! If you’re like me, super picky, OCD, attention to detail … this is your best bet. Easily one of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed in. THANK YOU SHAWN!! You’re the BEST! I’m definitely going to miss this beautiful home!

My family stayed at Stephanie's home for a wedding nearby at Chateau Elan. Her home was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Comfy beds, kitchen stocked with coffee pods and essentials, ample bath towels and wash clothes, and many other nice touches. It was a quick 5-minute drive to a few different shopping centers and a 13-minute drive to Chateau Elan. Stephanie was quick to respond and was nice enough to let us check in early. I would definitely recommend staying at Stephanie's place!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our time in Athens. It was close to campus and downtown, which is just what I was looking for. It was a cozy space for my two daughters and I to hang out for the weekend. Rebecca even left my shoes out for my daughter to pick up when I left them behind.

Daila is a great host. Always responsive and helpful. My stay required some extra above and beyond items which she was more than accommodating. Great location easy to get everywhere. Highly recommend. Thank You.

Mary Beth's place was absolutely perfect. It's an old house in the most perfect area of Edgewood. Quiet neighborhood. Even quieter back yard with great off the street parking. Even though it's a duplex, you don't hear the other side at all. 6 minute easy walk to Target, Marshall's, Petco.. etc. 12/15 min. easily navigated walk to Little 5. A little over a mile to Ponce City Market. We originally booked because we were going to a music festival at Pullman Yards (a mile away). We had friends come from surrounding Atlanta communities that were able to easily park on the street so that we could all walk the well lit straight shot to Pullman Yards together. Mary Beth's spot really is a gem. It's a great rental. She also has everything you need. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish detergent, shampoo/conditioner, tin foil, saran wrap, loads of spices and condiments. We will most definitely be back!

This was our second time staying with Rene and Lindsey. We had an emergency need to find a place and they were extremely responsive and booked us right away.

Steve’s place was perfect for me and my kids as I coach a travel football team. I needed an Airbnb that was suited for myself and the kids. This place worked great and was only a mile from the location of my tournament. Amenities were great, spacious and very clean. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Spent a weekend with friends and celebrated my girlfriends birthday. This spot was near all the important spots to visit in the city like the Aquarium and Centennial Park and the restaurants nearby.

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Sandy was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was just what we needed - 2 beds and 2 baths. Clean and comfortable. The price was less than a single hotel room! We consider staying here again. Thanks!

If your asking yourself should you book? You definitely should !!!!! The place was so clean Balcony was also nice, and they also had a couple condiments if you are thinking of cooking, Location is walking distance from Ponce market and it was really nice!! Just keep in mind most places only take Cards!!! The location is very private and great location and the police patrols the street, i also meet a officer who stays in the building I felt beyond safe here!!! It was clean and the host was wonderful, when i book in atlanta again this would def be my go to bnb perfecttt!!! only down fall is parking but we was able to find a parking spot next to the building we just took lyft everywhere which helped us keep it until check out.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

This is definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at—it truly felt like home. Everything was clean and well-organized. Marcel, the host, was super responsive and went out of his way to help. I would absolutely stay here again!
