Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor – no elevator) of a three-family house and has 58 m² of living space. The car can also stop for climbing; the crag is in the immediate vicinity. You can go canoeing on the Danube, and the Danube Cycle Path runs about 500 metres from the house. There is plenty of space to run around and play in the large orchard meadow.
