“Lake-life” lovers dream—Brenda is a beautiful, well-appointed house and kitchen with an outstanding panoramic lake view. The bedroom/sleeping configurations are excellent for families traveling with a wide range of ages. Ronald, our host, was responsive, helpful, flexible, and generous. Would highly recommend this stay for people who love low-key lake R&R.

My wife and I had a great stay at the little red barn! It was a beautiful peaceful place to sit and watch the sun come up. Perfect weekend getaway and Rebecca was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We were blessed to be there.

Everything was wonderful! The house was perfect for a family gathering. The house sits on a beautiful lot and a peaceful part of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the available activities - hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and inside games. The porch was great for outside meals. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Peter’s place for a night and would definitely go back! The cabin is made with love, as a lot of the furniture is handmade. The place had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, and was very peaceful despite being so close to a highway. Peter had also left some recommendations regarding hiking trails around the area. All in all, highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Newly renovated, comfortable furniture and amazing views. Host was a pleasure to work with!

Our family enjoyed our too short of a stay over the thanksgiving holiday! This beautiful home provided all the essentials and space we needed to have a beautiful Thanksgiving feast to enjoy with family! The 2 ovens came in handy to heat our meal. We also had a short drive to enjoy hiking at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Would be a beautiful place to stay and visit in the warmer months as well.

My husband and I had a little weekend getaway here and it was perfect!! Vanessa had everything you could possibly need in the condo. The views were amazing and the place was in perfect condition! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Awesome place to stay for a family vacation. Exceptionally clean, cozy and quiet. Only downside was (2) tvs instead (3) like the listing said, was a key point. Would definitely stay again. Jessica was a great host and responded promptly.
