It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. Guest access and entry to the suite is through two high security doors leading to a back stairway used exclusively by guests. Safe off-street parking is available at the rear of the property for guest use only.
