This fully-equipped small apartment was perfect for a week-long stay, and would surely be great for long-term stays as well. The location in a quiet backyard, only a five-minute walk away from the old town, is ideal and the apartment matches the photos entirely. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, both before and during the stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Leipzig!

Lutz is a very good host, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. The accommodation is superbly located by public transport directly and quickly (about 15 minutes) to the train station, downtown or Quaterback Immobilien Arena. Ideal for two people and very well equipped. Also with dishes, towels, etc. Shopping center right outside the front door and 3 bakeries to choose from. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the spacious and super equipped apartment. The connection to downtown by tram is great, communication and check-in nice and completely hassle-free. Tristan's place was awesome. We had so much we could do without having to leave the property. Of course, we were also on the road and looked forward to relaxing in the accommodation. We had great, warm weather and the pool immediately benefited. A few days it was a bit cooler (you never know what you get in April) and the sauna came into use. We had nice barbecue and bonfire and with the outdoor bar this was really great and contributed to a wanting atmosphere. The house was very well decorated and nothing was missing. Tristan always responded quickly to questions, etc., and was always friendly. Had a great stay, happy to come again!

It is a great apartment in a quit area of Leipzig with direct access to the S-Bahn and Tram, with a lovely garden.

The girls had a nice and pleasant stay. Parking in front of the gate and seating is available. From there, you can also get away with public transport. The accommodation can only be recommended.

It was another wonderful getaway that we very much enjoyed. The house and garden are even more beautiful than in the photos! We'll be happy to come back next year and stay a little longer. 😊

We stayed in Beate's place for the 8th over New Year and felt very comfortable. A great coziness factor was the fireplace and the spacious couch in front and of course the sauna. Beate was always easily accessible, very friendly and accommodating.

The perfect place to stay with a toddler. Claudia had great tips for the area. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos.

The apartment is super cozy and furnished with everything you need. From there, the beautiful surroundings with the many culinary and cultural offerings of Halles are within walking distance. For questions (such as my initial idleness in dealing with the electronic lock system, controlled via an app), you were easily helped by the hosts. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would come back immediately, highly recommended! :) Just a quick note: In the living room, the skylights cannot be darkened at the moment. If someone disturbs the sun coming in in the morning when staying overnight on the (very comfortable) sofa bed, they might want to bring sleeping glasses. :)

We were really happy with the very nice apartment. Very tastefully decorated, very well maintained and the kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. The tram towards the main train station is steps away. We also liked Leipzig very much and we will be happy to come back!

One of the best AirBnBs we've ever been to. Not too big, not too small with everything you need and very comfortable. A super friendly hostess who was always available and gave us good tips.

Nice little apartment with very tasteful furnishings. Everything is available, you feel right at home. Very comfortable bed. All as described. Quiet neighborhood and very good public transport connection. I had underestimated the parking situation a little on the weekend or evening (it's a big city ;-) which together with a non-functional number code for the key box and 2 children in the rain led to a slightly stressful incentive situation... But André was immediately reachable by phone (after I found my phone again...) and gave us the new code. There's nothing to complain about. I'd love to come back.
