Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. 130 years ago our great-grandfather built this farmhouse from natural stones. Today, we welcome you to this special place in a bright, cozy apartment in the attic. The charming mix of old and modern furnishings, the cozy underfloor heating, the sunny balcony and the large orchard invite you to a relaxing break in the countryside. Our house is the ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and excursions through the beautiful landscape between the Main and Tauber rivers.

Stay in a nostalgic cottage with a view

The lovingly and individually furnished small cottage is wonderfully quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac with a splendid view of the town on the edge of the field or edge of the forest. The apartment is on the upper floor with a total of 2 (+1) sleeping options available. The small town with its shopping (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, grocery store) is within walking distance. Animals are welcome. Chickens are kept opposite. The A 81 TBB exit is 5 minutes away

Quietly relax in the countryside

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path. You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The spacious ground-floor apartment of 60 sqm can accommodate up to 3 people with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, fridge-freezer, kettle, stove, oven and dishwasher. On the terrace you have the opportunity to eat while enjoying the view of the countryside. From the property, you can reach, for the Brückenbaron within walking distance and the city of Würzburg within 30 minutes.

Our 30 m² apartment is on the ground floor of our single-family house built in 2022 in Stuppach. The parking space is right at your doorstep, everything is at ground level and without steps. In the apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only suitable for 2 people with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.
