Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

Wooden vacation home Sonneneck sauna, 500 m to the Baltic Sea beach

"Sonneneck" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and within walking distance of the sea. Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. On approx. 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked at an additional cost, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Buhne vacation bungalow with fireplace in Boltenhagen

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

The accommodation BALTIC SEA vacation home RAMONA is close to the natural beach (180 m) and quietly located on the Baltic Sea. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The modern and cozy house has two separate bedrooms. The highlight of the vacation home is the spacious terrace for sunbathing during the day and with great seating in the evening to enjoy starry skies and sea views.

Haus Ahlma - M2

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
