Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Inke's vacation home

Our apartment is lovingly decorated, located on the 1st floor and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 180 x 200 double bed and in the living room there is another sleeping accommodation, a 140 x 200 bed. Right next to the apartment is a large roof terrace with beautiful views, which is for your use only. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance.

In the middle of nature - High Fir Retreat

Looking for relaxation in nature? Then come to us! Our 40 sqm apartment with direct views of the countryside has a living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a coffee corner (no kitchen). Outside there are additional seats and a grill incl. charcoal for you. If it needs to be bigger, we will provide you with our fire pit. Bicycles and children's vehicles, there is plenty of fun and real vacation flair. Dogs are welcome (please specify when booking).

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.
