Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Our half-timbered house is located directly at the Zecheriner harbor. We, Martina and Enrico, live on the first floor. Under the thatched roof, with magnificent views of the Peenestrom, we have set up 2 cozy apartments for our guests. In front of the door, a small pretty garden awaits you. Just a few steps away, Enrico's harbor. Originally used by fishermen, it now attracts anglers and nature lovers. **From June to October, arrival and departure only possible on Saturday**

Cozy retreat in the countryside

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

The house on Uferstieg is a relaxing place close to the beach to slow down – ideal for couples, small families, athletes and dog owners who want to take a holiday away from the crowds. From the simple, restrained cottage of 50 sqm, it is only a few metres to the natural beach. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

This luxurious apartment for up to 3 people (incl. Baby/child) welcome to welcome you! A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large living and cooking area awaits you, which leaves nothing to be desired with TV, fireplace and large dining table. Kitchen is equipped for all needs: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a sauna.
