The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
