Wahlsdorf 73 is a place to pause or make, vacation or (co) work, have space and tranquility, fresh air, vastness, lots of garden and infrastructure and (also) what you make of it. In the old stable building of our four-sided farm, we have converted two apartments. Both can be rented individually. Or just the entire house, including the large cozy communal kitchen and the work, rehearsal, yoga or office space.

Stay like at grandma's

Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.

Countryside home

This property is located about 45 minutes from Berlin, Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald and much more. It is 12 km from Luckenwalde. During the day you can experience a lot and in the evening enjoy the tranquility in the countryside with a campfire or a round of table tennis. The property is suitable for max. 2 adults and 2 children

I rent this room of my house in a quiet location with sleeping places for an individual. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. We share the kitchen and bathroom. My house is about 15 minutes' walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station. From there you can get to the city center of Berlin in about 45 minutes by train.
